What's the minimum MOQ?
We start with 100 kg for test batches. First full production order is typically 500–1,000 kg depending on flavour and packaging. We scale up without limits.
What exactly does the return guarantee cover?
100% refund of unsold product within a contractual term (typically 6–12 months from delivery). It's the only guarantee of its kind in European pet food. Details in contract.
Can I design my own label?
Yes. We help with EU-compliant layout, regulatory claims review, and provide print-ready files. We can co-design the full pack as an option.
Does the recipe contain insect protein?
Veli contains EntoPro™, our proprietary protein based on mycelium-cultivated insects. Full EU compliance since 2021 (Regulation 2017/893). EntoPro™ has a 1:1 amino acid profile to beef and is clinically validated. We can share the full data package.
Where is production located?
